Hey there, we got a problem in our org, we got in HUGE, inc. more than 1k members, and as plenty of ppl have stated here on the forums it aint posible for the bot to have more than 1k members on it's friendslist.

So my question is, aint there a way around that ? dunno some kinda module that can save the members list in a database insted or sumthing, or is our only sulution to start kicking inactive members, cause i got a feeling our press would rather avoid kicking like 200 members, atm we're using budabot, but if thers any other bot that is better at handling it i woudnt mind switching to another bot setup.

Hope someone can help us out here Wink

All 1k active? I doubt it... I'd be prone to cull it personally, far less screwing around...

Bebot got a custom module to handle that issue for you (takes people not logged in off the notifylist).

It's called automember, and while personally I think the description is kind of confusing, it does work for your problem for sure. I'm using it myself.

with bebot, using slave bots will help as well since you'll need extra 'friends' for parsing whois and online command triggers
