for those who actually do any updating and such to the AO Wiki, the item/icon db have finally received an update, as it was never done since before LE. so when using the <aoicon> tags, newer items will properly show up with their corresponding icons.
there were some items in the treatment guide with 'n/a' for icons, but now show the icons correctly.
